Thermal Processing

Technological Solutions Limited (TSL) is recognized by the FDA as a Thermal Process Authority since 1997, and has developed and filed multiple thermal processes with CFSAN’s LACF Division since then. 

Also recognized by the Bureau of Standards Jamaica (BSJ), TSL provides Thermal Process Assessment and Development, as well as validations of Low Acid Canned and Acidified Foods, Water Activity and Formulation Controlled Foods and Intermediate Moisture Foods.

TSL undertakes Temperature Distribution Studies, designs processes and, if required, files with the FDA on the clients’ behalf. All types and categories of products and thermal processing systems are covered by this service.
