Technological Solutions Limited (TSL) is widely recognized for its expertise and pioneering role in Food Safety and Quality Systems implementation. TSL is the only company in the Caribbean region that has implemented Food Safety Systems that have gained approval by the regulatory authorities in the United States and European Union, thereby facilitating exports to these markets.

The company has also provided technical assistance to many clients implementing the systems, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with FDA and Canadian regulations, including FSMA and Safe Food for Canadian Act (SFCA), as well as EU Directives. These programmes are anchored in detailed technical assessments against each respective regulatory requirement, including all applicable regulations.

As part of its systems implementation services, TSL’s Principal and other team members have also been approved by the Pesticide Initiative Programme (PIP) and EDES (from the European Union), as well as the FDA to conduct training on their behalf.
